1. Delivery Timeframe
Our goal is to get your products to your doorstep without delay. We successfully deliver most orders within a maximum of 3 business days anywhere in Pakistan.
Please note: While we pride ourselves on fast dispatch, slight delays can occasionally happen due to unforeseen circumstances, extreme weather, public holidays, or courier emergencies. If a delay occurs, we kindly ask for your patience, and assure you that your parcel is on its way.
2. Our Trusted Courier Partners
To ensure your glass bottles and premium oils are handled with care, we have partnered with Pakistan's most reliable courier networks. Your order will be shipped using one of the following premium services:
- Leopard Courier
- TCS
- Post Ex
3. Shipping Rates & Cash on Delivery
We operate on a 100% Cash on Delivery (COD) model, meaning you only pay when the parcel is physically in your hands.
- Standard Shipping: A flat delivery fee of Rs. 250 applies to all orders under Rs. 2,500.
- Free Delivery: If your cart total reaches Rs. 2,500 or more, we cover the delivery charges for you!
4. Order Tracking & Dispatch
Once you place your order on our website or via WhatsApp, our team begins preparing it. Orders are usually dispatched from our facility within 24 hours. The courier rider will call or send an SMS to your provided mobile number when they are out for delivery in your area. Please keep your phone reachable so the rider can easily locate your address.
5. Missed Deliveries
If the courier attempts delivery but you are unavailable, they will typically try again the next day. If the parcel is repeatedly rejected or the phone remains unanswered, the parcel will be returned to us. We kindly request that you only place an order if you are fully committed to receiving it.
