Welcome to Samaq Hair Naturals. By browsing our store or placing an order, you agree to these simple, fair terms of service.
We want to make sure your shopping experience is as smooth and natural as our products. Please take a moment to read through how we operate.
1. Natural Products & Results
All our herbal hair oil formulations are 100% genuine, naturally sourced, and cold-pressed. Because we rely on real nature and not synthetic chemicals, slight variations in color or scent may occasionally happen between batches. This is a normal sign of purity!
Please note that while our ingredients are historically proven to aid in hair health, individual results can vary based on genetics, diet, and consistency of use.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Commitment
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan to make shopping easy and risk-free for you. By placing a COD order, you are making a commitment to accept and pay for the parcel when the courier arrives at your doorstep. Refusing a legitimate delivery impacts our small business, so we kindly ask that you only place orders you intend to receive.
3. Pricing & Shipping
- All prices listed on samaqcosmetics.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- We offer Free Delivery on orders totaling Rs. 2,500 or more.
- For orders below Rs. 2,500, a standard delivery fee of Rs. 250 applies.
- We reserve the right to modify prices or promotional discounts at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the final price you will pay.
4. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please message us on WhatsApp immediately. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility and handed over to the courier (usually within 24 hours), it cannot be canceled.
5. Herbal Disclaimer & Safety
Samaq Hair Naturals products are for external use only. While our ingredients are 100% natural, some individuals may still have allergies to certain botanical herbs or nuts (like Sweet Almond Oil).
Recommendation: We always advise doing a small 24-hour patch test on your inner elbow before applying the oil fully to your scalp. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may occasionally update these terms to reflect changes in our services or to comply with Pakistani law. Any updates will be posted clearly on this page.
